It’s a great opportunity for the local business community to come together and build strong relationships. As an attendee you will get to meet many local businesses, find potential suppliers and have an opportunity to network with other attendees in a relaxed, enjoyable environment.

The exhibition is taking place in the Valencia Suite and Barcelona Suite at the amazing Casa Hotel, Lockoford Ln, Chesterfield, S41 7JB. An award-winning 4* hotel in the heart of Chesterfield, on the doorstep of the Peak District.

No, as an attendee you may come and go as you please, and stay for as much time as you want. The expo will be open from 9:30am – 3:30pm.

There will be many local businesses exhibiting.  They will cover a range of different sizes and sectors.

It’s completely FREE for an attendee to attend throughout the day at the Chesterfield Business Expo.

Registering in advance for your FREE attendee place means you’ll be kept up to date with the latest news and information about the Chesterfield Business Expo, including advance notice about future expo dates and access to any priority booking periods.  You will also be notified about any specific money saving offers from exhibitors, and have the opportunity to receive a digital copy of the expo brochure.

No, you don’t have to register in advance for your FREE attendee place.  You can simply turn up on the day if you prefer.

As part of the exhibition there will be hot drinks and snacks available to purchase or you could sample the fabulous Barca Bar or the Cocina restaurant. Food and drink purchased outside of the hotel cannot be consumed at the exhibition.

The hotel has approximately 200 free car parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis. Car parking stewards will be managing the parking on the day. If the hotel car park is full, there is also limited available street parking nearby.

The event in Autumn 2023 was the first all-day business exhibition that Chesterfield has hosted. The first event was a fantastic success and provided excellent opportunities to promote your business, putting you at the centre of the Chesterfield business community. Once again, we are expecting several hundred attendees from around the region to visit the expo, giving you access to potential customers and clients locally and regionally. The expo will also provide you with an excellent opportunity to network with many key decision-makers.

Please note: your exhibition display banners and materials cannot exceed the dimensions of your chosen stand. i.e. Barcelona suite – no more than 2m width, Valencia suite – no more than 1.5m width. We reserve the right to remove any banners exceeding the width of your chosen stand.

Included in your exhibitor package is:

Exhibitor space, trestle table, tablecloth, two chairs, 2 x expo brochures, 2 x packed lunch, 2 x arrival drinks (water or tea/coffee), listing with your logo in the expo brochure

The exhibition is taking place in the Valencia Suite and Barcelona Suite at the amazing Casa Hotel, Lockoford Ln, Chesterfield, S41 7JB. An award-winning 4* hotel in the heart of Chesterfield, on the doorstep of the Peak District.

Exhibitor access to the exhibition space will be from 8.00am on the morning of the expo.  Setup time will be 8.00am – 9.30am.  Please allow plenty of time to setup your stand. We respectfully request that all exhibitors are completely setup before doors open to attendees at 9.30am.

The exhibition is open to attendees from 9:30am to 3:30pm, and therefore exhibitors are expected to be present during that time. Please don’t start packing up your stand any earlier than 3.30pm.  All exhibitors will need to pack down immediately after the end of the expo and clear the room by 5.00pm.

As an exhibitor, you will receive 2 x arrival drinks (water or tea/coffee) and 2 x packed lunches consisting of a freshly made sandwich, crisps, sweet treat and a drink included in your exhibitor fee. This will be prepared and provided by the Casa Hotel. You are not permitted to bring your own food and drink for consumption into the premises.  Any additional food and drink you require during the day can be purchased from the hotel. We will contact all exhibitors closer to the date of the expo to discuss any dietary requirements.

Exhibitors are permitted to give away small food or drink samples on their stands.

If you would like power, available at an additional cost, please select the optional extra when booking your stand. If you do not select the power option, we will not be able to provide access to any power.

Yes, Casa Hotel normally has Wifi available. Please note, however, that the organisers of The Chesterfield Business Expo cannot guarantee either the availability or the bandwidth provided by the hotel on the day of the event.

Stands will be sold on a first come first served basis. To ensure you secure your space, and to avoid disappointment, please book as soon as possible. Once we sell out, no extra stands can be added due to the size of the exhibition space.

Exhibitors are required to accept our Terms & Conditions (including our cancellation policy) at the time of booking your stand space. You can subsequently cancel your exhibition space at any time by notifying us in writing. However, under the Terms & Conditions, refunds will be made on the following basis:

Yes, every exhibitor will be featured in the expo brochure with approx. 100 words and your logo.

Yes, there will be a number of excellent opportunities to advertise your company in the expo brochure at a very reasonable additional cost. Copies of the brochure will be given free to every exhibitor and attendee. In addition a digital version of the expo brochure will also be available after the event.
