Emily Coy previously worked as a local business coach helping business owners to create the business they want.  Since the start of 2026 she works full-time as Co-Founder of Derbyshire Business Events providing project management and organisational skills to the business.

Simon Coy is a full-time, experienced event organiser and Co-Founder of Derbyshire Business Events. He has been hosting networking events and expos for over 12 years, and has previously hosted one of the largest monthly business networking lunches in Birmingham.

Simon and Emily have taken all of their combined networking knowledge to create some of the best networking events and business exhibitions across Derbyshire.  They have a passion for helping to connect businesses together and understand the huge value of networking for businesses of all sizes and sectors.

Husband and wife team Simon and Emily have lived in Derbyshire for over 10 years.
